For the Swiss, making chocolate is truly an art. That's why Ithaca Fine Chocolates teamed up with a Swiss chocolatier to create Art Bars.
In superior chocolate, as in art, there can be neither compromise nor short cuts. We use only the finest, Fair Trade and Organic Certified ingredients. Our chocolate is slowly blended (without the help of soy lecithin or other chemical emulsifiers) for 78 hours, which gives Art Bars their creamy consistency.
The chocolate is sweetened with whole, unrefined cane sugar, which gives Art Bars a rich, almost caramel character. Making chocolate with whole cane sugar requires extra work, but patience and devotion to quality are what make our chocolates so exquisite.

Dark Chocolate: cocoa liquor, unrefined whole cane sugar, cocoa butter. Cocoa 58% min.
Extra Dark 70% Chocolate: cocoa liquor, unrefined whole cane sugar, cocoa butter. Cocoa 70% min.
Dark Chocolate with Coconut: cocoa liquor, unrefined whole cane sugar, coconut flakes, cocoa butter. Cocoa 58% min.
Dark Chocolate with Quinoa Crisp: cocoa liquor, unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, quinoa rice crisps. Cocoa 61% min.
Dark Chocolate with Cocoa Nibs (bits of roasted cocoa beans): cocoa liquor, unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa nibs, raw cane sugar. Cocoa 70% min.
